Our staff works with 750 inner city youth every day to help mentor and develop them into productive adults and Teamup helps our staff be the productive team they need.

Teamup continues to be a critical part of our operation here at Chicago Yacht Works. We have mechanical technicians, fiberglass repair technicians, sub-contractors and daily boat launch/haul-out tasks. We previously used a combination of whiteboards, outlook/google calendars (yuck!), and spreadsheets to schedule everything. It was a big headache!We now use Teamup to schedule our technicians - a vast improvement over the whiteboard method. The ability to prevent overlapping events in each technician's calendar is a huge advantage.

We need a calendar that could handle multiple rooms. All with different availability. As well as track therapist availability. Then be able to assign therapist to a room. Only one therapist can use one room. We used google calendar but it was very difficult to sync all those calendars. Teamup not only meet our needs when we were smaller but has had the capability and functionality to grow with us. What we like best is even with all the calendar we have, it's still easy to see the schedule and make appointments.
